KRISHNA YARLAGADDA
Founder, President & CEO

As the President & CEO of HelloSoft, Krishna is responsible for setting HelloSoft's mission, formulating corporate strategy and executing a plan for the company's overall growth. Under Krishna's leadership, HelloSoft became market leader in wireless VoIP and related technologies.

Prior to starting HelloSoft, Krishna was Chairman, President & CEO of ZSP, where he pioneered the development of DSP's based on RISC technology. ZSP was acquired by LSI Logic, and it's industry leading DSP architecture has been adopted by major semiconductor companies including Broadcom, IBM, Connexant, GlobespanVirata, Skyworks, Yamaha and PMC-Sierra.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Krishna has been involved with several successful companies as investor, advisor or board member - nBand (acquired by Proxim), a communications processor company, Silicon Spice (acquired by Broadcom), vEngines (acquired by Centillium), Intoto (acquired by Freescale), Valyd (acquired by EMC) and eSilicon.

Krishna held key management and technical positions in the SPARC processor division of Sun Microsystems and was a key player in successful launch of four SPARC processors (UltraSPARC I & II, SuperSPARC I & II). Krishna is a frequently invited speaker on DSP architecture and technology, and a contributor on DSP to industry journals such as Microprocessor report, Computer design, and EEtimes. Krishna has a B.S and MS in Electrical Engineering.

KRISHNA RAGHAVAN
Vice President Finance and Operations

Krishna Raghavan, a professional accountant (articled from A F Ferguson and Co, erstwhile associate partners of KPMG) has brought 17 years of finance management experience to HelloSoft. He is a founding member that commenced HelloSoft India and is currently holding the position of Vice President at HelloSoft Inc and is CFO India Operations.

Before joining HelloSoft, he was heading the finance team at ZSP India Private Limited. He has worked for Apple Industries Limited (now APTECH) as Head of the Investment Banking Division at Hyderabad.

Setting up first 100% foreign entity in Vietnam for a very large fertilizer company in India, establishing first private mutual fund in India and successful implementation of computerized allotment system for a State-owned Housing Board (A World Bank assignment) for A.F.Ferguson & Co are few among his achievements.

PRABIR MOHANTY
Vice President Sales and Business Development

Prabir Mohanty is a 23 year veteran of the mobile/wireless, consumer electronics, and semiconductor industries.Prior to HelloSoft, he had numerous executive level operating and advisory roles as a marketing, sales and business development consultant to companies like Bitwave Semiconductor, Mobile Armor, F-Origin, and Secure Mobile Systems.Prior to that, he was the VP of Worldwide Business Development at InnoPath, a Mobile Device Management leader. At Innopath, he spearheaded worldwide business development with mobile carriers and handset makers as well as the rest of the mobile ecosystem - both for scaling revenue as well as for strengthening technology, services and market position.He has also worked as Executive Director for Worldwide Business Development and Product Marketing at Samsung Electronics/DM Group CEO’s Office.He was also the Chief Operating Officer at Netyear USA, a management and high tech consulting JV between GE and Dentsu. Prior to Netyear, he had worked at several semiconductor companies.Mr.Mohanty was at Toshiba America Electronic Components, where he had product marketing and business development responsibility for chips for Digital Consumer (STB/DTV/PDA), Computing, and Networking markets.He also has served in marketing, applications engineering roles at Intel and MIPS.

Mohanty holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, plus a MS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has a BS (aka B Tech) in Computer Science & Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

ALLAN JOHNSON
GM, V.VoIP

As GM Of V.VoIP group, Allan is responsible for marketing, product management and business development of V.VoIP Group products.

Allan has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in VoIP, broadband and wireless communications including business strategy, product management, product marketing, business development and engineering leadership in software and hardware telecommunications products. Allan managed base station development at Motorola, CDMA chip software and system development at VLSI and Philips Semiconductors, now NXP, led software development of VDSL modems at Ikanos Communications and has consulted extensively in the industry. Allan is a recognized thought leader and has presented extensively at industry conferences including 3GSM, CTIA, wVoIP, IT EXPO and numerous other conferences.

Mr. Johnson holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Victoria and an M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University.
